City of Three Rivers Old Hospital Redevelopment

Recipient Name: The City of Three Rivers
Project Purpose: This funding would be used to demolish the old Three Rivers Hospital and expand the adjacent Scidmore Park, transforming this part of the city into a space that better attracts and retains young families to St. Joseph County and the state.
Project Location: Three Rivers, MI Requested
Amount: $750,000

Renovation and Reuse of Cass County's Historic Courthouse:

Recipient Name: Cass County
Project Purpose: This funding would be used to preserve, renovate, and revitalize Cass County’s historic courthouse, providing office space for county employees as well as public spaces for the community.
Project Location: Cass County, MI
Requested Amount: $1,500,000

Rural Broadband Expansion for the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan:

Recipient Name: Northern Michigan University (NMU)
Project Purpose: This project seeks to provide rural communities in the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan with fast, reliable, and robust broadband internet access.
Project Location: Marquette, MI
Requested Amount: $1,200,000

Village of Lexington:

Recipient Name: Village of Lexington
Project Purpose: This project seeks to assist the Village of Lexington in upgrading and expanding its sewer system, which is outdated and in need of replacement.
Project Location: Lexington, MI
Requested Amount: $500,000
